Interview Process Review: The assessment round required candidates in Ahmedabad to come to the office. From there, the interview was conducted with an employee from the Surat branch. After that, there was a third “practice” round. Overall, it was a very poor experience. It did not feel like they were genuinely looking to hire anyone. Instead, it seemed more like a marketing activity for the company rather than a serious recruitment process.
