Quick and simple interview. Many candidates were not at all professionally dressed. Easy to stand out. The company was clearly desperate for operators so as long as there are no major red flags and offer is a pretty safe bet.

Honestly you cant mess it up. They will ask you why you want to work there and then what part. The turnover rate is really high. They hire anyone to keep up with people leaving.
