The interview process was great.
At the time of hire, the development team of two had a brilliant, heavily qualified software engineer and a solid system/software engineer/architect.
They asked legitimate sw development questions.
I later learned that the main reason I was asked to interview was because the manager was convinced I was a male.
After I interviewed so well, the two team members really pushed for me to be given an offer.
The manager spoke of migrating a current system to using newer technology. Four years later, it still never happened.
