After applying it was interview with HR and manager asking relevant questions for the role. Interview was conducted in zoom and it was not difficult. After interview they called me next week and offered the role.

The recruitment process did not follow timeline, and as a result the feedback was delayed from the very beginning. When I finally received a response to my application, they sent tests and mentioned dates for 1st interviews, which made it seem as though the tests were preparation for 1st interviews. Instead, I received a generic rejection a couple of days after completing it.
