Overall a 4-5 step process. Call with a recruiter, interview with the hr and manager, interview with a team mate, manager, then a task, another interview, culture interview. The process is very long, as well as they interview many people for the position. I was surprised, to see the ad up and reposted in multiple places, while going through the process, and also was informed, during an interview, that they still have people in first rounds, as well as people already doing the task and in the last rounds. Left a weird impression overall, so I left the process. It looks like they spend all their working hours just interviewing and looking for the "perfect" candidate... The atmosphere was quite laid back overall, but seems a bit chaotic and odd process - I simply can't see how that is a smart way of using your resources.
