I had a thirty minute interview via phone which was very high level. Next, I was scheduled for an onsite interview with the hiring manager. The person asked about my last two jobs in great detail. I answered with specific examples. I was told that I would need to meet with another person, but they were unavailable. The onsite interview was 1.5 hours, and I felt confident about my answers. Four weeks latter, via emai I was informed the position was placed on hold and good luck with your future endeavors.
