Submit through career page. Hiring manager saw my resume and decide to setup an video interview. In the video interview, 5 question relevant to the role were asked. Per questions, 1 minute is given for practice, 3 minute for answering and no re-take is allowed. After the interview, it was a long couple of weeks waiting, and then came a generic rejection message without any feedback
