I joined Illumina due to the promising work environment here, which is absolutely true. The HR who interviewed me, Nathalie Becker, was able to help me to understand the great opportunities I would have to improve my career. She also showed me how Illumina was helping to make this world a better place to live in. The contributions Illumina was making to improve the life of people was really overwhelming. I believe it is a great privilege to be a part of an organization like Illumina.

1 Online Application 2 HR screen 3 Hiring manager . They look professional initially, but in the HM stage, she didn't ask me too many questions just let me ask her questions, maybe the position already filled.

Entrevista
Applied online. Got request to do a digital interview. They have 7 questions, 3 technical and 3 behavioral. Next round was a quick 15 mins HR interview followed by a technical screening with the Hiring Manager and the team. This was a video interview and the questions were a mix of technical and behavioral. Very nice people. I really enjoyed the conversation with them.
Next, Illumina arranged for my onsite visit. I met 6 different people and everyone was amazing. Some of them asked questions to know more about me and my background while some asked pure technical questions.
My overall interview experience with Illumina was outstanding. Thanks to the Illumina HR team!
