I had two interviews: phone and face-to-face. First of all I had a quick phone screen with a recruiter, and next day I had already a scheduled interview with the hiring manager. The conversation was great, relevant questions and polite tone. the phone interview was about an hour. The next day I have been invited to the second (face-to-face) and the last interview. they agreed to make a skype interview since I couldn't fly to the 1:1 meeting. The second interview took about an hour and twenty minutes, and was performed by three people. Got an offer next day, after the second interview.

The process consisted of five interviews, broken up into three stages. First was a short phone screening, then a longer 1-on-1 interview with the hiring manager, then a set of three interviews that consisted of a portfolio presentation and two panel sessions.
