The interview process mainly consisted of walking through my resume. I met with two different employees who both had an interest in my past experience and asked me why I was interested in IUC specifically.

Unorganized - I waited at least 5 minutes before someone acknowledged my presence. Very uncomfortable interview, the CEO (JP Faiella) told me he was "nervous for me and my future" after realizing I had limited previous marketing experience. Laughed at my responses to his questions about my experience and past jobs. It was evident that he didn't review my resume prior to the interview, pulled it up halfway through our meeting.
