The interview process consisted of approximately six steps: an initial recruiter screening, interview with the hiring manager, a plant walkthrough with the GM, a ride-along with a sales rep, an in-person meeting with the manager, and a final interview with the VP. The experience became less positive at the VP stage. The conversation felt more focused on re-evaluating resume details rather than assessing mutual fit, which felt unexpected given how far along I was in the process. I was also asked to provide written follow-up responses to additional prompts after the meeting.
