Interview process had the owners, the now CEO, who is their son, HR, and one of the VPs. It seemed they didn’t have the questions sorted beforehand, as they frequently talked over each other. They also introduced someone as my manager, but that person was not who I ended up reporting to. The interview process should have been a red flag.
