The interview process was done throughout 3 different phases, remotely. I was very surprised and pleased of how fast the process went from start to finish. After each phase I had a response within the next few hours or the next day, which made the communication and feedback feel much more real-time, instead of waiting couple weeks or even a whole month for a response like most companies do. My first interview was a technical assessment, a lot of straightforward questions about UX/UI and Design, so be prepared! The second interview was with the People department and it felt very much like a casual conversation where both parts are getting to have a feel and know each other, i really loved this interview with Raquel. The third and last interview was basically the offer from the company and overall i was very pleased at how transparente and swift the whole process was :)
