My interview started off by checking my communication skills (Listening/Spoken/Written). After clearing the first and minimum requirement I was tested with Microsoft Technologies. These included, Windows Server / Exchange Server / Microsoft .NET / Databases including SQL, Oracle and Access / Microsoft Office Sharepoint. The basic requirements for the job are expertise in Windows/Exchange Servers, Additionally you will be challenged in troubleshooting skills (Windows mostly). People are very friendly and interviews are very much Logical. You need to have worked on the set tools for clearing the interview.
