I went through a short face- to-face interview at a career fair. The kind of questions they asked / look our for are leadership qualities. To give an example of a scenario of how you managed a team or any kind of situations that you lead the team.

Interviewed by a 1 upper ranks but there were a few ppl in the zoom interview lobby. They dont seem interested and kept asking if I get the job, how will i cater my kids care and kept repeating its a shift work even after Ive assured them I can commit but got to the next stage. After gg for medical checkup, the next day they emailed me saying I didnt get the job and found a better candidate. Wasted my time and transport money going for the medical checkup.
