Introduction of myself and motivation to the join the immunefi team
I applied to this company with high hopes after seeing their job postings, but unfortunately, it seems they are more interested in collecting resumes than actually filling positions. Despite meeting the job requirements and submitting my CV, I never received any communication—no updates, no feedback, and certainly no interview. It's disappointing to invest time and effort in an application process only to be met with silence. This lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the company, and I hope they reconsider how they handle applicants in the future.

Despite the recruiter's claims, it seems Immunefi's true aim is to find a full-stack developer with system design expertise who fits within their senior role budget.
This was a common tactic during that period of limited hiring. The initial online test, with its focus on specific technologies like Next.js (a very specific, outdated version), TS and Node.js, creates an impersonal experience, filtering out talented candidates who might lack knowledge of specific tools/versions of those tools but possess strong conceptual understanding.
This approach highlights a potential immaturity in the company's hiring process, potentially causing them to overlook valuable talent based on minor details.
