The group interview itself was standard: general questions to get to know each other, followed by a 5-minute lesson plan demo with the room acting as students. I was offered the role, but the onboarding emails were confusing: one stated a start date the next day and linked to a training RSVP form (unclear if it was paid), which was later updated with entirely new dates. When I responded with my updated availability, I never received a reply. Overall, the process felt disorganized and unclear—a shame, because Imogen Foundation seems like an organization with an excellent mission.
