Format: The interview was conducted via Zoom, lasting approximately 30 minutes for the initial interview. Interviewer: I had the opportunity to speak with the talent recruiter/head of HR. Experience: The interview process was standard, where questions were posed, and I had the chance to respond. Interviewer's Approach: I was highly impressed by how the interviewer actively engaged with my responses. It felt more like a genuine conversation than a traditional interrogation-style interview.

First round with HR/Recruiting, Second Round with multiple members of the team including a manager. Last round was an assessment. Everyone was friendly and questions were mostly about my experience and how I operate in a remote environment and on team oriented work
