I already had a working relationship with the person that conducted the interview. It was a pretty standard interview, with added questions that pertain to beer, wine, and liquor knowledge.

Very thorough, multiple steps- atleast 3 interviews and a personality assessment. During the on boarding and interviewing process they are very communicative and never felt lost going through the process.

More of a conversation about whether or not you'll be able to handle the job. Fairly easy interview. If they've chosen to interview chances are you will probably get the job.
