We are sorry that you felt the Recruitment Day (invite only, not an open day) was lengthy, although the timings and the process should not have come as a surprise, as the full itinerary for the day was both verbally discussed and emailed to you in detail prior to the event. Furthermore, you are correct that we were not fully set up at 09:00, as the event was scheduled to start at 09:15 (which it did, on time). Please review your original interview invite email which will further confirm this. It is important for us to hire the right individuals for our business, which is why we choose to hold Recruitment Days. These days enable us to really get to know people, whilst fully assessing everyone in a number of different areas. These events are highly successful, people do generally enjoy them, which is probably why all of the candidates we offered positions to, who attended the event in October 2019, have accepted.
