The interview process was nice and slow, the process took about 1 hour 30 minutes. I came into the interview with the manager and one of the owners of the company. They sat me down to fill out an application with all of my information. After that, they sent me to a conference room and asked me about my experience working with prints and vinyl. From there I had to take 2 tests on a computer. One was a number matching test to see if I could pay attention to details, the 2nd one was to find an issue in the design of a logo in Adobe Illustrator. After all that, I waited to hear from them.
