The interview process was awful ,I waited in a room for half an hour without anyone even acknowledging that the person I was supposed to interview with even worked with this company. There was no reception,someone would just come out of a room every 10 minutes or so and call a name for that person to go back to interview

Entrevista
2 “interviews”, one that didn’t last 20 minutes with one of the owners just getting to know you, and if you got to the 2nd interview where you may possibly wait 45mins to be seen, you were just basically sold a pyramid scheme. Owner blatantly said he didn’t want to provide employees insurance, didn’t state anything other than “negotiable” for base pay, and kept insisting that the three candidates in the room become managers as soon as possible to train people under us. Said his most successful employee was 18. Why? Prey on people who don’t recognize a pyramid scheme. Ended the hour and a half pseudo-biz lesson by saying “We’ll call you if we like you.” No offer (yet), but pleaaaase don’t waste your time here!

Entrevista
The gentleman who interviewed me discussed about the ambitious company plans. However, he failed to be specific about the job and job function. A complete waste of my time they could have called me over the phone to determine mutual fit. Not a professional environment at all, you walk in and there is a large plasma TV with loud music. They are not effective at planning and managing their time. I should have known something was weird when they responded so quickly with a canned email and no phone call to pre-screen candidates.
