pretty much was asked about my sales/ marketing experience. they mostly want to know if you have a driven mindset and can withstand the pressure of meeting your daily quota.
I attended two interviews for this position, both at 8 am. The first day, I met with someone who seemed to be the boss, she was stern despite asking basic questions. When I was invited back to the next interview within the hour, I agreed. My. second visit to their office (a suite in a highrise with paper signs by the way) We were introduced to lower-level team members who explained what was basically a pyramid scheme. I left before completing the interview. It felt like a waste.

TOTAL SCAM. I applied for a marketing position and upon reading horrible reviews online, asked them during the interview if it was actually marketing or if it was sales. They tried really hard to cover it up but they said "unlike other companies that do indirect marketing, we do direct marketing" aka door to door knocking. AND on top of all of that, the guy that interviewed me asked very personal and unprofessional questions, especially for an initial phone screen. Things like "what has your family been up to during quarantine" and "tell me about some of the places you've recently traveled to." Not your business. What a waste of time. Stop trying to trick actual professionals into succumbing to this. Never returned their follow up call

What has your family been up to during quarantine, what are your passions, tell me about some of the places you've recently traveled to. Otherwise, I wasn't really paying attention, just trying to get through the interview after realizing I had been tricked into a sales position
