First phase was a techanical interview with questions about oracle and sql server paremeters/configurations and windows\linux os(manily servers) questions. Second pahse was with the team leader which aske similar to the first phase technical questions, one logical question snd some hr kind of questions. The entire process was very pleasent and i even got phone call as to why i was'nt the match they looked for.
