Excellent interview process. Spoke with a recruiter who then set me up with a phone call with a manager, who scheduled an on-site interview and then a final phone call with the VP of sales.

Interview with Recruiter, phone interview with direct manager, face to face with management team for 1-2 hours broken up into 3-4 managers speaking to you separately. Can be a quick process.

basic interview questions, really emphasize your experience. They want someone that has done the position before.
Got introduced to the role through a head hunter. First step was telephone interview with the hiring manager, and later on with face to face interviews with the team. I also had additional phone interviews with the AVP and Director of Inside sales at the head office in US.
