      Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 1 semana. Fui entrevistado pela Impossible Marketing (Singapura) em ago. de 2023

      Entrevista

      Applied online and HR got back to me to arrange a date. I did so but they took almost a week to get back. Sent them an email to bump up my reply, and they only got back saying their hiring manager just got back from their leave. Think the least they could have done was to inform me they'll get back on a later date to seem more professional, but that's still fine with me so far. Interview was through Google Meets with the team lead, performance lead and the director. In short, they didn't seem enthusiastic at all and I felt negative vibes. It felt like I was giving a presentation instead of having a conversation. No smiling, no nodding, no acknowledgement of what you said etc. After the interview, I felt that it wasn't going to be a good and inclusive work environment so I would've rejected the offer even if I got to the next round. Unsurprisingly, they didn't even get back to me whether or not I made it to the next round or decided I didn't fit the team. Once again, think it's basic courtesy to at least inform your interviewee they didn't make it instead of just letting them assume.

Regarding the interview process, we believe that arranging an interview with three of our leaders within a week is a reasonable timeframe. However, it appeared that you might not have been adequately prepared for the interview and had some difficulty answering basic optimization questions. We were somewhat surprised by this, as we took the interview process seriously by involving three of our leaders. We understand that not receiving the offer you were looking for can be disappointing. We hope that our feedback can help you better prepare for future interviews and encourage you to conduct thorough research on the roles you apply for.
