      Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa ImprimisRx (Ledgewood, NJ).

      A ghosting experience! I had a two plus hour interview with ImprimisRX. Prior to leaving the interview I made one request; email addresses for the folks I interviewed with so I can send them thank you letters. A fairly easy request I thought. A day later, I also followed up with a reminder email to HR and her associate, no response! The interview went smoothly, I thought the team with was very nice. Nevertheless, after no communication several days after, I felt like I did something wrong. However, after reading the reviews on Glassdoor from current and past employees, maybe it was for the best. I find it ironic; during the interview one issue noted from management was poor internal communication between departments. Perhaps more broad of an issue than thought. This is where management can start resolving the communication issues. Disheartening to say the least.I can only imagine what’s going on internally. Management; always reply back, it’s the right thing to do! An additional message to management; the common theme internally is “motivation.” The theme on Glassdoors comments is poor pay. Perform payscale analysis based on job function. Share your findings. Transparency can go a long way! Create an Impact Award and Star systems program for the hourly employees. The motivation issue will resolve itself with smiling, motivated employees.

      Dear Candidate: It’s good to hear the interview went smoothly and everyone was very nice. The position has been opened for only 3 weeks and we are still interviewing candidates.
