Three rounds of interviewing:
Initial HR Screening
Technical interview with 2 of their engineers focused on schematic provided ahead of time.
Final round with director of services which was less formal and more informational.

Pergunta 1
Technical interview consisted of a PFD showing a stream going through a heater, then through a reactor, and then through a distillation column. The drawing showed a couple of indicators and final control elements.
Questions included:
How would you set up the base layer controls, what models would you expect with a movement in each of the MVs (directional only) what pressure might this column operate at.
3 stage process. 2 phone interviews and then a live question session. Reviewed a process flow diagram and answer live questions about variable relationships such as impact of reflux rate on tower temperature or reactor temperature on product yields.
