Durante il colloquio ho trovato le persone gentili e disponibili. La posizione, gli obiettivi e le possibilità di crescita mi sono stati spiegati in modo chiaro. È stata un’esperienza positiva, uno di quei colloqui che non scoraggiano, ma anzi motivano.

One round of interview with the former Director, Sofia Lovato and Senior associate, Deb Derks. Both were engaging in the interview and asked general questions. Deb had to leave due to a meeting but overall the interview was roughly 1/2 an hour and received a call about a week later.
