Applied online then check up the following day in person. The application took two hours to complete mostly because they have you take a personality test to see if your a "fit". Received a call 2 days later to setup the interview. The store managers conducted the interview and was offered the job on the spot.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
