I had two sisters who worked here, so my interview was not very difficult, to be honest. The store manager asked why I wanted to work here, what I see myself doing, and how I heard about the job.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entrevista
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
