The interview was short and sweet. Mostly informative but not entirely transparent in my opinion. I knew it was fast-paced and stressful, but I wasn't alerted nor warned that the position would be this time-consuming and taxing. Overall, good interview.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
