The interview process was long but easy. I went through 3 different interviews for the job but the questions were not hard at all. The managers at the store are not very good at calling back unless they absolutely need to hire people. I had to come in multiple times and ask about my application in order to get another interview. Some of my coworkers didn't go through all 3 interviews and were hired on the spot. I received a call a few days after my third interview.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
