Entrevista
Interview was fairly easy, asked casual questions (what I like to do, what I learned from it, why I want to work at INO). First met with a shift manager and then got called back for a 2nd interview with my store manager. Most important thing is to smile and make eye contact! They love that.

What I do for fun and what hobbies I have, and then what I learned/how I grew from it.
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
