Entrevista
I had two interviews and both lasted 10-15 minutes each. The first interview was really great and the person interviewing me was super outgoing and happy to talk to me. She invited me back for a second interview a few days later. A new person interviewed me but she seemed really tired and kinda disinterested but I still did my best and smiled a lot. She said they’ll talk it over and let me know. I still haven’t heard back and it’s been a week so I’m not sure if I got it.

The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable. They mainly asked basic questions about customer service, teamwork, and availability. My advice is to always smile during the interview, stay positive, and be proactive when answering questions. Showing enthusiasm and a good attitude really helps.
