Very easy-going interview with a very nice associate/manager, who was very friendly and asked very personable questions that led me to feel very confident throughout the interview as well as when I exited it.

What are some of your greatest strengths and weaknesses?
The interview was a simple one. But it was a group interview with two other candidates. Two of us got hired so we weren't competing against each other or anything. Easygoing, straightforward.

The interview process at In-N-Out Burger was easy and straightforward. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable.
