Entrevista
I applied online and within a few weeks I got an email telling me to attend an interview event. We were interviewed in groups of four. The first guy was really nice, but only three of us made it through to the second interview. The second interview was a one on one. And the final third interview was with the store manager and they had the final say, but I got the job! One tip is just simply smile and just have fun with it. They want friendly and happy people.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process

Entrevista
In N Out Burger was my first job and my first interview ever. The first interview you met with a manager and were interviewed in a group setting with 4-5 applicants sitting next to you. If chosen, you move on to a final interview with the head of the store or one of the other higher ups.
