We talked about my previous experience, and I appreciated their interest in understanding my background and how I approach technical challenges. Following the technical discussion, I received a home assignment, which we later reviewed together. The feedback moment was particularly interesting and valuable. We went over the code I had written, and they provided constructive feedback, pointing out areas where things could have been approached differently and discussing alternative solutions.
