A good well organised interview with the top leadership. Goes beyond skillset to assess candidates' intent and ethic. Domain knowledge, attitude towards the leaving company etc are tested. A great experience overall.

Positive: Recruiter showed interest Approach was friendly First interview round was good Negative: No feedback after first round The company has not communicated anything for over a week I was asked to take the second round without prior notice, which was later rescheduled The second round interviewer asked similar questions to first round The interviewer didn't seem attentive to my answers as I had to repeat more than once Facial expressions showed that she was unhappy with a few of my answers which made me feel discouraged and impacted the rest of my round Although they said feedback will be shared, no feedback was shared after the round saying they cannot provide individual feedback to large set of applicants
