Frist I was contact by the lead recruiter. Then I was invited in for what they called a working interview. When I arrived I was interviewed by the lead I spoke with and another manager. After the interview I began to be trained and put to work placing calls. For about a week myself and a few other applications were invited back to participate in this "working interview" process working full 8 hour shifts. I have known working interviews to last a day but anything lasting a week or more is inconceradably long. Apart of me believes they may have just needed the extra hands to catcup on projects they werw behind on. At the end of the my interview process I was turned down do lack of applications received based not only on just my own performance but in relation to everyone in the company. I felt this was an unfair comparison considering that I was still technically training. Other than that the staff is very friendly and the culture is very homey motivating and spritual.
