My interview experience with InGo was one of the most thoughtfully structured and well executed processes I’ve encountered. From the first interaction, communication was clear, timely, and consistent. The team outlined the full process upfront, which helped set expectations and made each stage feel purposeful rather than arbitrary. What really stood out was InGo’s intentional approach to hiring and not just finding someone who ticks boxes, but someone who genuinely aligns with the teams culture, goals, and direction. They didn’t rush the process, which gave both sides the opportunity to evaluate fit thoroughly. Each stage, whether a conversation, technical task, or cultural interview was relevant and offered insight into the role and how success is defined at InGo. A particular highlight was how transparent and open the team was. They shared a ton of context around the company’s mission, the team’s dynamics, and the long term roadmap. It gave me the space to assess not only whether I was the right fit for InGo, but also whether InGo was the right fit for me. They even offered opportunities to speak with existing team members outside the formal interview loop to get a clearer sense of the day to day and company culture. Although I wasn’t able to accept the offer at this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend InGo to anyone considering a new opportunity. Their product is innovative and exciting, but what’s even more impressive is the passionate and mission-driven team behind it.
