At first there was a phone interview with the recruiter/screener. Seemed like a pretty generic interview to get a feel for the candidate. Then was moved on to a phone interview with the hiring manager. Very relaxed and knowledgable in the field. Made me feel at ease. Finally was the in person interview. This was with the team of other PMs I would be interfacing with. While I was nervous (hopefully didn't show), they made things feel very relaxed and friendly.
