      Entrevista

      I interviewed for the Head of Delivery role at InRhythm on July 17, 2025. The opportunity to work with prestigious fintech clients like Goldman Sachs was appealing, aligning with my experience leading high-impact IT projects. My interactions with Diana (CEO), Prateek (sales), and Nitish (HR) showed initial enthusiasm for InRhythm’s mission. However, the hiring process was disappointing. The initial recruiter interaction misanalyzed my qualifications, setting an unclear tone. The interview with Founder/President Gunjan Doshi was brief (20-25 minutes) and lacked depth, with no follow-up on my questions or prior emails. After sending a follow-up email to Nitish on July 19, I received a delayed response on July 21 stating the role was de-prioritized, which was surprising given earlier discussions. This reflects a lack of structured processes and communication, suggesting a focus on short-term staffing over strategic growth. For professionals seeking a robust hiring experience, InRhythm could improve by offering clearer, timelier updates and more engaged leadership interactions.

      CEO - Delivery Management, People Management, past experience. HR - Delivery management and collaboration between the teams, new client wins, and requirements. Sales - Delivery Management, Presales, Retaining Solutions, etc. CEO—How was my hop, where in India I hail from, what interests me, and what I liked in my achievements from the last 3 years? Who else did I interact with at InRhythm earlier? Salary expectations—base salary, married or not, and if I had children, what they are studying. Note that I also filled the 8-page Topgrading sheet, but it was not read by the Founder President!
