They explained the vision and the mission of the organization, and the importance of taking entrepreneurial initiative, ie. which I was happy to bring to bear drawing from the many hats I've worn at past start ups I've interned at.

The good thing of interview is that you have access to the whole project of their web, actually they invite you to make some changes/design, but it also takes lot of time, and hard for beginners who do not have experience. After I know result I will submit review again.
