They described the process of moving up in the company 0-100 real quick, even though there was a promise of meeting with the ceo herself, i met with lower level management and lower management conducted the interview. She described the whole process of compensation, benefits etc to try to make it seem transparent, but when asked certain questions, she chose not to answer in a way.

Entrevista
It was a very formal interview! The person that interviewed me was very cool and made me excited to have that opportunity to working there. She was very friendly and really challenged me when she asked me questions. She made it exciting by describing the benefits of the company and the growth opportunity that was offered.

Entrevista
Very basic interview. You literally cannot screw this up. You will be invited back for a second round if you can talk and walk.
One on one interview structure. Basic interview questions. Almost taken from the first page of an interviewing book it seemed.
The 2nd round interview is with a corporate trainer. If this person "likes" you, you will be hired.
Ask tough questions about door to door, see how they answer. Ask about the charity campaign they run. More importantly, ask how much the charity actually receives from a donation. SCAM!
