Entrevista
Instride's mission statement, according to the job application, shows that people are our purpose. I would strongly deny that they uphold that value. I usually trust people up to a point, but going forward, I will have trust issues after this ordeal. I was interviewed by the HR and HM, and then the technical screening was supposed to be scheduled. I was preparing for the technical, modeling, and system design interview. In fact, I purchased a $55 pdf to get myself prepared. Then I get notified that they won't be moving forward with my candidacy because I'm still an international student. Irony that Instride works towards educational purposes and has people mentioned in their statement, but none of it meant anything here. I also mentioned a few things just to give me a chance, over email and a phone call with HR. I didn't receive any response, and as per today's terminology, I have been ghosted. Things could have been communicated well at the start, or at least looked at the plausible options for the candidate. If giving a chance, don't give hope and take it away.

I was contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn. I had an initial screening call, a second interview with the hiring manager, a third panel interview session with 4 different cross-functional team members, and a final interview with the VP of the team. The process was quick, and interviews were scheduled right after each other. However, it was a very lengthy process.

The process was quite lengthy with each round being scheduled after the prior round.
