I had a really great experience interviewing. I was contacted the day after I applied to do an initial screening with a recruiter, followed by a writing assignment. I quickly moved on to a panel interview with Customer Support team leads, and a final interview with the manager. Everyone was extremely friendly and I enjoyed getting to know them. I can tell they have a really stellar team.
I did switch recruiters toward the end of the process - but that was actually very painless! I was surprised how responsive my recruiters were (my first one was contacting me even though she was on vacation - that's dedication!) and they were extremely helpful regarding my questions and defining expectations of the job. Overall I was impressed all around with everyone I spoke to!
I unfortunately had to decline the offer due to not meeting my salary requirements. Such a bummer, but I certainly plan on reapplying when there's another opportunity for me there!
