I applied for the position and a few days later got and e-mail inviting me for the next steps, I had to fill a form and also do a personality quiz.
They answered me on the day after saying that they decided to move forward with a different candidate.
I sent an email asking for a better feedback and they said that they were looking for someone located in the US or Canada, but it wasn't specified in the requirements. I see that after many days the position is still open and that they don't mention the fact that they are looking for someone residing in US or Canada. They claim to be a fully remote company and that the location of the applicant is not relevant.
Fairly standard interview process with a slight twist at the end! I spoke with the recruiter, followed by the hiring manager from the team along with another member of the customer facing team. The twist was a panel interview, essentially a mock customer demo where I was asked to play the role of the InVision CSM and treat the panel as the customer.
