Skype Interview, Several Phone Interviews, in person interview. I found the job online when I truthfully was not looking for a move, I was immediately impressed with the responsiveness and genuine interest from their team. In person interview with David VP of Marketing was half casual marketing conversation and the other half detailed conversation about potential best practices, my current processes and an me illustrating of my understanding of the analytical side of marketing and automation. It was comfortable yet detailed and David asked very intelligent and challenging questions. Duration was about 1.5 hours in person. Followed up with COO interview for 1.5 hours, follow up interview with Director of Content Marketing and again with COO and finally with VP of Sales. Everyone I encountered was sharp, excited about the brand and very interested in my skills and story. They were also very quick in getting through the interview process, all of 6 of these interviews were done in a span of 2 weeks which is impressive considering that I have a full time director position and they have their own business. I am hopeful I will get the job, seems like a badass company and a great group to work with.
