three rounds, first two were technical and last one was managerial round. In the first two round they asked technical questions, and then was managerial round, which was basically only humiliation by the manager. They want to pay you on the basis of your current ctc and not on the basis of your skills, just like any typical lala company in India. After asking my salary expectations, the manager went on to humiliate me, mocked me and , addressed me as”arey madam” every time I gave him an answer in English,he didn’t even let me finish my answers, kept on interrupting in between, mocking me and he was laughing at me most of time. Just because he felt like I wasn’t worthy of the salary expectation, he could have simply told me that they are not willing to give that amount or negotiated, but he chose to humiliate me. Because of such people, our country will probably be only a developing country and not a developed one. And most importantly after all the humiliation, after the time I gave to them on interviews, the HR didn’t even bother to tell me the final result even after I called and texted her.
